- Connect with prospective customers, understand their needs, and quote personal and commercial insurance products.
- Build a pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, and community outreach.
- Walk customers through coverage options and close new policies.
- Service the book of business you build — renewals, cross-sells, and long-term relationships.
- Hit (and beat) monthly sales targets in a supportive, performance-driven environment.
What we're looking for
- Strong communicators who genuinely enjoy talking to people.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and driven by results.
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or retail experience preferred (not required).
- Insurance license a plus — if you don't have one, we'll help you get it.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
